Senior Creative Development Specialist

May 2017 to June 2019

 

  • Expanded scope of work to include InComm Promotional Platforms (IPP) cross collaboration, concept creation with executive team members, and business expansion for IPP and IPC.

  • Conceptualized front-end design, customer journey, and seasonal web marketing campaigns for a white label e-commerce site hosted by InComm and available to retailers for selling gift cards - their own and third party.

  • Sought out by Senior Vice President of Emerging Technologies to create branding examples, sell sheets, marketing kits, and microsite UIs for corporate’s carrier billing business services.

  • Created marketing collateral for new global business opportunity driving and expanding sales through in-store digital engagement via personal mobile devices  to create “Infinite-aisle” allowing more inventory with a smaller footprint.

  • Named and marketed Bios Lock (BLock) “benefit denial” asset protection that digitally locks products from production to point-of-Sale.

  • Brought in by executive leadership to review, rethink, and propose designs for a corporate presentation and RFP given to one of the United States’ largest supermarket chains representing opening a potential ~$2B market to the business.

  • Spearheaded the IPC public website redesign as project manager and creative lead making IPC the first business unit to rebrand and follow corporate standards. Responsibilities included: copywriting, creating graphic assets, developing a sitemap, coordinating cross departmental and corporate efforts for deliverables and launch, and running QA to ensure clean responsive design.

  • Created marketing collateral, POPs, microsite mocks, and visual pitches for the Senior Vice President of Emerging Technologies encompassing ~20 Value-Add campaign opportunities.

  • Collaborated with InComm corporate to conceptualize, direct, produce, and edit a professional photo and video shoot in Los Angeles catered to IPC services.

  • Worked with corporate internal training to create an educational overview of IPC services which was presented to multiple retail account managers at headquarters to encourage retail expansion.

  • Created a year-end infographic incorporating cross-departmental data points which was recognized by the Senior Vice President of Emerging Technologies and headlined on the corporate intranet site.

  • Lead company wide rebrand of all graphic elements and marketing collateral within the first three months of the InComm acquisition.

  • Coordinated and managed the brand repositioning effort which included a top-down website redesign. Responsibilities included: branding agency research, NDA execution, distribution of RFPs and SOWs, creating  checkpoints to set expectations for deliverables, creation of content, wireframes, trademarked service names, 25+ service overviews/brochures, 2 white papers, 4 case studies, and media kits.

  • Developed the SIRAS Brand Book, a strict set of rules defining our identity through all marketing vehicles (logo, typeface, colors, voice, icons, etc.), to help strengthen brand experiences by studying best practices.

  • Designed an ad campaign consisting of 8 print ads and 2 advertorials published monthly in TWICE and Chain Store Age Magazines which demonstrated customer pains solved by SIRAS services.

  • Successfully cut costs to bring the FY14 tradeshow recap in $40,000 below budget.

  • Developed a programmable PowerPoint presentation with catered content customizable to appropriate audiences and selling styles helping to dramatically improve document version control.

  • Worked with IT to streamline login page loading times in preparation for 10,000 new simultaneous users.

  • Gathered and composed a 2013 year-in-review marketing book elevating our brand and company for selling and acquisition.

  • Designed an icon library specific to SIRAS services and retailer and manufacturer logistics.

  • Designed and managed ad campaigns (contracts, intellectual property approvals, submissions, publication schedule) for TWICE and Dealerscope Magazines aligned to issue content. In total, 30 ads and 38 publications were executed.

  • Coordinated, edited, and produced 25 “Age of Returns” reports published in TWICE Magazine.

  • Worked with Encore Las Vegas, NOA Events, and NOA Legal to transition CES strategies from Las Vegas Convention Center to a branded hospitality suite, effectively saving over $65,000 from CES 2009 to 2010.

  • Rendered emerging business strategies/technologies from sketches to professional process flows/diagrams presented internally, externally, and to upper level executives at NOA.

  • Developed a workbook to accurately link, track, recap, and forecast expenses for 9 annual tradeshows.

  • Created a shared network folder complete with branded templates, logos, design guidelines, and frequently used documents meeting intellectual property and patent requirements.

  • Enrolled in a competitive Solution Selling training course as team leader facilitating discussions and creating a presentation helping to secure my team’s win.
